LAUNCH FIAC

To accompany the launch of this new collection during the FIAC, we have imagined pieces that are tributes to the world and history of the painter. Shapes, colours, floral and fruit subjects as well as the artist's working methods have inspired our chefs to create and imagine these delicate and subtle dishes.
