Creation of global culinary guidelines for the in-store launch of Pharrell Williams’ first collection for Louis Vuitton, blending fine French gastronomy with the American street food culture cherished by the artistic director. Every culinary element was designed to reflect Pharrell’s bold and eclectic universe, offering a dining experience that is both sophisticated and casual.

Balbosté imagined a series of custom-made serving trays, including a striking 3D-printed replica of Pont Neuf—an emblematic location of Pharrell’s first runway show—meticulously painted in gold to echo Louis Vuitton’s heritage. Another key element was the Damoflage checkerboard pattern, specially crafted to present delicate chocolate truffles, merging artistic direction with culinary excellence. Each detail was designed to create a seamless fusion between Pharrell's creative vision and the luxury codes of the house.
