Balbosté created global culinary guidelines for the luxury brand Moncler, encompassing savory and sweet culinary creations, glassware design, service rituals, and cocktails. The concept was developed around two key themes that echo the brand’s values: natural ecosystems and the technical sophistication of Moncler’s products. The project aimed to offer a refined and immersive dining experience that aligns with the brand’s heritage and innovative spirit.

To bring this project to life, our team conducted in-depth research into Moncler’s identity, focusing on its connection to nature and its commitment to technical innovation. The culinary team developed a menu inspired by natural elements, while designers crafted bespoke glassware reflecting the brand’s sleek and functional aesthetic. Special attention was given to the rituals of service, ensuring that every detail—from plating to beverage presentation—embodied Moncler’s luxurious yet technical essence.
