Balbosté created a literary-inspired dinner experience for Le Bon Marché’s exhibition by Sarah Andelman, featuring Jean Jullien. The menu transported guests through the art of storytelling, with each course representing classic literary elements and narrative depth.

Balbosté imagined a scenography where table decorations took the form of custom-made books, creatively designed to hold vegetables and chips styled as bookmarks, offering guests an interactive and playful experience. The tableware blended elements of a countryside ambiance with the aesthetic of a grand library, incorporating delicate paper elements that emphasized the theme of literature.

EXTRA PARAGRAPH #2

To further enhance the atmosphere, a live musical performance was conducted by Thomas Roussel and his musicians, creating a symphony that complemented the culinary journey with a bespoke soundtrack.
